What to Expect
Week 1-2: Discovery & Strategy
We kick off with your Brand Discovery Session, then I'll dive into researching your industry, competitors, and ideal clients. You'll complete a detailed questionnaire so I understand your vision.
Week 3-4: Wireframing & Design
You'll receive high-fidelity wireframes showing the layout and structure of your homepage. We'll refine these together until they're exactly right, then I'll move into development.
Week 5-6: Development & Content
While I'm building your site in WordPress, you'll be finalizing your content (or I can connect you with trusted copywriters if you need support). We stay in close communication throughout.
Week 7: Refinement & Training
You'll get access to your staging site for review and feedback. We'll make refinements, then I'll record your personalized training videos.
Week 8: Launch & Celebration
Final QA checks, then we make your site live! You'll receive all your login credentials, training materials, and resources for maintaining your site.

What if I don't have my content ready?
That's completely normal! I can recommend trusted copywriters who specialize in websites for online educators. Alternatively, we can build your site with placeholder content and you can add your final copy before launch.
Can I make updates myself after the site is live?
Absolutely. That's the whole point of the training videos. WordPress is user-friendly, and I'll show you exactly how to make common updates like adding blog posts, updating text, changing images, and more.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
Your site is yours to manage! If you want ongoing support, you can join one of my retainer packages for monthly maintenance, updates, and tech support. Many clients start with the Classic build, then add a retainer later.
What if I need more than 10 pages?
We can absolutely discuss adding additional pages. The 5-10 page range covers what most small businesses need, but I'm flexible if your situation requires more.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes! If you're moving from another platform (Squarespace, Wix, Showit, etc.), I can handle the migration as part of your project. We'll make sure nothing gets lost in the transition.
