Once you’ve signed your contract and paid your deposit, you’ll receive a welcome email prompting you to schedule your strategy call. We’ll meet for 90-minutes to uncover absolutely everything about your business: who you help, how you help, and what tools you use to do so.
Then, we’ll lay out a custom brand and website plan for you that helps you clearly communicate your transformative solutions, including your customer journey, acquisition sources, tech stack, sitemap + structure, and brand identity.
We’ll use this time to also collect any photography, copy, video, or brand assets you have in your current content library.

Design Proofing
Wireframe Design
We’ll create a high-fidelity wireframe of the home page of your new website! This will give you a chance to review content and overall design direction before we begin the live build.
We will also use this time to conduct any brand touchup work that may be required, including correcting visual hierarchy issues, defining colors and typography, and providing any professional file type variations to you you may need.
