How Your VIP Day Works
What to Expect
Step 1: Discovery Call
We'll schedule a call to talk through what you want to accomplish with your day. I'll make sure your project is a good fit for the VIP Day format and answer any questions you have about the process.
Step 2: Book Your Day
Once we confirm it's a fit, you'll receive a proposal to officially book your VIP Day. Sign the contract, pay your 50% deposit, and you'll get access to my calendar to choose your preferred date.
Step 3: Pre-Work & Strategy
You'll complete our Brand Discovery Questionnaire with all the details about your project, goals, and preferences. Then we'll have a one-hour Strategy Call to review everything and create our detailed action plan for the day.
Step 4: Your VIP Day
Your day is here! We'll stay in close contact via Slack throughout the day for progress updates, quick feedback, and any questions. You'll watch your website work unfold in real-time and make decisions quickly so we maximize every hour.
Step 5: Post-Day Support
After your VIP Day wraps, you'll receive two weeks of email support for any questions or technical issues. You'll also get personalized training videos so you can confidently manage your site going forward.

How much can actually get done in one day?
It depends on your specific tasks, but clients are often surprised by how much we accomplish when we have uninterrupted focus. During our strategy call, I'll give you realistic expectations about what's achievable for your particular project.
What if we don't finish everything on my list?
We'll prioritize your tasks during our strategy session so the most important items get done first. If there's still work remaining, you can book another VIP Day or we can discuss a mini-project for the remaining tasks.
What happens if I'm not available during the VIP Day?
You don't need to be available every minute, but you should plan to be reachable via Slack for quick decisions and feedback throughout the day. The real-time collaboration is what makes VIP Days so productive.
Can I book a VIP Day for next week?
VIP Days are scheduled based on my availability—sometimes I have openings within 2-3 weeks, other times it's 4-6 weeks out. View the calendar on this page for openings.
Remember, you should ensure we have enough time prior to the VIP day to meet for a pre-day call and collect all assets from you in your content library.
Is there a limit to what tasks I can request?
Not necessarily, but we'll discuss feasibility during our discovery call. Some projects naturally fit the VIP Day format better than others. If your scope is too large, I'll be honest about that and suggest alternative options.
Do you offer payment plans?
The 50% deposit is due to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due on your VIP Day. If you need different payment arrangements, let's discuss during our discovery call.
